| Thank you for your order. Here are some important things that you need to know about the ordering process....

| All of our candles are handpoured. If you order items which are in stock, we will ship your package within 3 to 4 business days. If I need to pour your candles, I will contact you with the lead time. Usually, it will take no more than 10 business days.

| Because we manufacture all of our candles on site, it is impossible to include every color/scent combination that we offer. If you don't see a particular candle that you are looking for, please feel free to email me with your request. If it is possible, I will make it for you.

Now the fun stuff!
Payments may be made by credit card, check or money order. Please note that if you are paying by check, your shipment will be delayed by up to 10 days until the check has cleared.
S&H is based on smaller orders. If you are looking to place a large order (10 or more items) please email me first for a S&H quote. We may be able to get a less expensive rate

Here is what you need to know about our RETURN POLICY
Returns or exchanges on merchandise may be made within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as when it left our store. We will refund you using your original form of payment or by a store credit. Refunds will be for merchanise less Shipping & Handling.
Absolutely NO RETURNS on candles which have been burned or on special orders.
